About Sarah

Sarah Bezaire is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, RHNP , Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Registered Holistic Nutrition Counsellor, RHNC.   She graduated from Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition based in British Columbia, whose programs are recognized by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.

When Sarah tells client’s she can relate, she means it!! She was never the active kid who was involved with sports. She was actually the overweight child up until grade 7, when being bullied caused her to develop an eating disorder that lasted until she graduated high school.
After having her two wonderful children, Sarah was now 198lbs and 5’3. Being over weight caused many aches and pains, along with not being able to keep up with her little ones and the possibility of major health problems. That is when she made the decision to put her health as a priority. She started working out at home then eventually at the gym, which produced great results. But something was missing. It wasn’t until she focused on her diet, eliminating processed foods and refined sugars that she started to see the amazing changes. This is when the thirst for more knowledge and a passion for nutrition and wellness started. Now she is 76lbs lighter, and is a runner, weight lifter, and obstacle course racer.

Sarah’s world changed when she herself went to see a Nutritionist, through a process of elimination and test’s she found out that her diagnosis since she was 4 years old of IBS was wrong. In fact, she has celiac disease. Not only did this autoimmune disorder mean a lot of changes in lifestyle and diet, but it fueled the fire to learn even more about the body and how food and nutrients work within it. She found her drive and her passion, to help people address health concerns with natural wholesome foods.

The passion Sarah has went beyond just food, but the physical , mental , and spiritual aspects of overall wellness. Without all three, it will never be complete. That is what she works with clients on, incorporating a overall lifestyle to live a optimum life. There’s no miracle pill, or fast permanent fix-all. It’s about learning moderation, portions, mindfulness, and really understanding how the food you put in your body works for you and against you. Addressing the root cause of health concerns is the most important thing you can do for your health , rather then treat each symptom as they come up. Sarah realizes that each person is biochemically unique, so what works for one may not work for another. That is why all her programs are tailored to each clients individual needs and lifestyle in order to receive the best results.
